Using Pearl IPTV or this website means you accept these rules. They cover accounts, payments, personal viewing, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Pearl IPTV: what you are buying
Access to live television and on-demand catalogues for the duration you paid. Channel lists and apps can change as we improve the platform. We will not cut the connection count on an active, paid term unless the account breaks these terms.
Your login
Keep contact details accurate and credentials private. Sharing beyond the simultaneous streams on your plan, reselling access, or posting passwords is forbidden.
How you may use the service
Personal, lawful viewing only. Do not attack our systems, scrape the catalogue, or use the service to infringe copyright. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Money
Prices appear on the plans page and in the order email. Some terms renew unless you cancel in time. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Uptime
Picture quality depends on your internet and device. We aim for high availability but do not promise a perfect stream. Maintenance is announced by email when we can.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for problems caused by your network, hardware, or third-party apps. For a claim, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Updates
We may change these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown. Using the service after that date means you accept the new text.
