Pearl IPTV refund policy

Pearl IPTV refunds apply to plans bought through pearliptvs.com. Opening a chargeback without writing to us first can close the account for good.

Pearl IPTV when a refund can apply

Within 48 hours of first activation, if a supported device still will not play after you followed the setup email and answered our troubleshooting.

A renewal charged by mistake can be reversed if you write within seven days and the new term has not been used.

When it does not apply

• Changing your mind after a lot of viewing
• A slow or unstable home connection
• Unsupported, rooted, or jailbroken hardware
• Shared, resold, or already-refunded accounts
• Complimentary or promotional access

How to ask

Email support@pearliptvs.com from the address on the order. Subject line “Refund request”, plus your order reference and a short description. We aim to reply within two business days.

How money comes back

Approved amounts return to the original payment method. Banks can take several business days after we issue the credit.
