Pearl IPTV: what to include in a notice

Email legal@pearliptvs.com with “DMCA Notice” in the subject, plus:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The URL or other specific location of the material
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act

Our response

We may disable access to the named material and notify the user involved. Repeat infringement can end the account.

If you think we were wrong

Send a counter-notice to the same address with your contacts, what was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and consent to the relevant courts.
