Yes. Standard duration plans include two simultaneous streams. A lounge television and a phone count as two. A third screen waits until one of those two pauses.

Samsung, LG, Sony, and Android TVs with an app store; Amazon Fire TV sticks and cubes; iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV; MAG boxes that accept a portal; Windows and Mac. Always install from Amazon, Google Play, or the App Store — never from a random file.

Ask on WhatsApp. When a trial is open we would rather you test your Wi-Fi and the player for a day than guess a 12-month term. If no trial is running, the one-month plan is the low-risk option.

Buffering is usually the home network, not the plan name. Wire the main TV, sit the stick near the router, and drop 4K to HD during busy evenings. We send those steps in the welcome mail before anyone talks about a refund.

The Refund Policy is public. In short: unused access requested inside the stated window can be reviewed after we try to get a supported device working. Heavy viewing, slow internet, and shared logins are not refund reasons.
